Quality Assurance Specialist - Italian Language
Aiming for continuous improvement, as a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing and monitoring the performance of operational activities, ensuring they are in line with our processes and quality standards. Using data for analysis, you will be responsible for identifying key points and areas for improvement, giving recommendations and providing feedback to management and other operational departments, in order to help the teams to deliver the best quality to our customers and partners. You will also monitor the progress of improvements and work with the teams to achieve operational excellence.
This position will give you the opportunity to learn about different key operational activities and get the full picture of our operational department. You will be able to analyse customer and partner feedback, understand different processes and provide internal feedback to other departments. In addition, you will work closely with different stakeholders by participating in different projects managed by the Quality department.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting quality audits in different departments with attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Using data to understand trends and identify critical points for improvement, using monitoring information from the QA framework and other internal metrics.
- Providing reports and analysis to Quality Management detailing the performance of QA programmes, providing feedback on QA results and practical recommendations.
- Continuously reporting to other departments and working together to bring the service to a best in class level.
- Monitoring the progress of QA performance in the different departments.
- Analysing feedback from customers and partners, proposing recommendations to improve their satisfaction and evaluating their impact.
- Supporting Quality team projects and working transversally with the different stakeholders.
About you:
- Fluent in Italian - both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in English.
- Any fluency in an additional language is a plus.
- Experience in CX and/or Content departments will be valued.
- Strong attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement.
- Analytical skills amp; a data-driven mind.
- Highly organised, able to structure your day and meet targets.
- Customer-oriented mentality.
- High communication amp; soft skills.
- Quick learner.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and G Suite applications.
