We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Product Owner with a genuine interest in technology and passion to deliver cutting-edge products.

The Mission:

As a product owner for SaaS developments you will work very closely with our Product Manager to understand the business requirements and translate them into product requirements. You will then be responsible for scheduling releases and coordinating the development with your assigned development teams.

You will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, evaluating and accepting the work generated by the development teams in order to ensure the most valuable and impeccable features and functionality of the product.

• You will make sure every engineer clearly understands why their work matters and how our products provide value to our customers

• Make and deliver on commitments aligned with Product Requirements and Release Plan

At the end of 1st month:

You will have clarity on the strategy of the company and the vision of the product

You will have a clear picture of the departments involved in product development

You will understand the different stakeholders (internal and external) and how they are related to the product

At the end of 1st quarter:

You will write the product requirements and supervise the product description documents

You will be able to collaborate with the development team

At the end of 2nd quarter:

You will lead and control product development

You will propose improvements to the products and the development process

You will be the owner and accountable for the execution of the product backlog according to the agreed release plan

You will make sure that the required tests and acceptance process are performed to ensure the delivered product is ready for market

You will ensure the maintenance of the delivered products

Activities/Responsibilities :

• You will guide the software development teams for the SaaS platform as the Product Owner.
• You will provide vision and direction to the development team and other stakeholders.
• You will work closely with Product Management and any stakeholder needed to define product requirements (PRD), acceptance criteria and maintain a product backlog.
• You will define a release plan and ensure delivery according to it; making sure that the required tests and acceptance process are performed, ensure the delivered product is ready for market and validate the product description.
• You will provide updated technical requirements to the development team and ensure they always have an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
• You will be playing an active role in mitigating obstacles impacting successful completion of the agreed development goals, and ensuring product compliance to market needs, costs and timeline.
