The Challenge
As a Digital Acquisition Sr Manager, you will be responsible for customer acquisition via all online channels. You’ll be a key contributor to the Digital Strategy by leading our external agencies and the internal digital team. You’ll also work closely with the Marketing team to amplify the brand awareness initiatives, and with the CRM team to support their initiatives to ensure effective targeting, acquisition and to drive loyalty.
What You Will Do
- Own the digital customer acquisition strategy and a growing customer base via Paid Social, PPC, Affiliates and Display.
- Develop and adapt Wallapop’s performance marketing strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives and sales forecasts.
- Lead the internal digital team and be the voice for performance marketing innovation and ensure Wallapop takes a best-in-class approach across relevant channels and platforms.
- Lead external digital agencies to ensure alignment, improvements and actions to drive incremental sales and maximize the impact.
- Boost and nurture a culture of test and learn across data, media, proposition and creativity to drive continuous learning and performance improvement.
- Identify new opportunities to drive performance and build business cases if further investment is needed.
- Present the business with regular reporting on activities, KPIs and budget.
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding data-driven mindset, strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Excellent strategic thinking mixed with tactical drive, and solid commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of delivering sustained growth in corporate e-commerce.
- Experience in building, managing and dealing with high-performing digital marketing teams (internal and external)
- Knowledgeable about all forms of digital channels, and up to date on the latest trends and what the competition is doing in the space.
- Solid experience in managing and optimizing budgets effectively to meet key objectives to deadlines and budget.
- Strong reporting skills and confidence to present cases to support decisions and future strategies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital acquisition.
- Excellent level of English, Spanish is a plus.

Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based. We work in a mostly remote capacity offering great flexibility to our employees, but we believe in the power of getting together regularly in our office. As a first iteration, we expect a 4+ day/month office attendance for which the specifics are decided on a team level.
