The role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Team Lead for our UK and Ireland business,

based either in Barcelona or in our London office. The successful candidate will lead their

team for customer acquisition, customer wallet share and our target revenue growth

objectives.

You will

  • Be responsible for the key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans
  • Successfully execute strategies for acquiring new customers and maintaining and growing existing customers
  • Achieve quarterly (financial) targets
  • Develop and manage the UKI Sales Team inc managing Salesforce hygiene/accuracy
  • Coach and motivate the team
  • Build relationships with customers and understand customer trends
  • Be scope lead for UKI, relaying customer feedback, trends, opportunities, competitor activity and any regulatory changes that you hear about
  • Support the forecasting process for production and sales purposes

Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets with your team
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Support hiring, onboarding of new sales team
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category/channel specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on team performance and managing the performance improvement process where required
  • Being able to work effectively with Salesforce and ensure team compliance

Requirements


  • Proven sales Team Lead experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to help your team drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to coach salespeople
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiate and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the UK and/or Irish e-mobility market place would be advantageous
