What will you do?
Your focus will be to scale ATR and Contract related processes to ensure lean, reliable, efficient unassisted and scalable processes while delivering a great customer experience.
In ATR, we are in charge of the Contract master data and the relation and communication with all the Distributors. Our goal is to ensure all contracts are on-time updated, receive and validate all toll-bills from distributors and claim when necessary representing our Customers.
Your day to day work will be focused on ATR, focus on identifying inefficient Operations team processes, defining how to improve them and make changes happen. To do so you will need to deeply understand ATR processes and team needs, understand the overall Holaluz model and project roadmap and its dependencies, be critic, dare to lateral thinking and propose changes and of course make changes happen so we deliver everyday better experience to our Customers and we are ready to manage more than 1 million customers.
You will participate in different purpose teams to perform missions, providing the whole layer of functional knowledge and represent B2C needs, methodology and roadmap, coordinated with the ATR Operational Manager. Purpose Teams are conformed with different profiles (PO, PM, EM, Devels, Business, Data,...).
You also will participate in the definition of the operational strategy and roadmap of projects to ensure Holaluz delivers Magic to our Customers in a scalable and reliable way, and ensure this roadmap and strategy is put in place in every project to reach 1M Customers by 2024.
We firmly believe that the best solutions and ideas arise when you know the process in detail and live the reality from the user's point of view, and this can only be achieved by operating the process or through shadowing.
