Your challenge
We are looking for a people-centric Talent development specialist. You will play a central role in helping to develop and facilitate our key talent development initiatives, supporting scalable talent development programs and policies, from strategic to execution. Our maxim is we don’t expect you to do the right thing, we expect you to do the brave thing.

We are a 13 people team, organized by roles but working in a very collaborative environment. You will be part of the Talent team, together with Teresa Polo, Miguel Cano, Belén Gracia,Maria Borrella, Neus Martinez, Esther Angrill, Ariadna Garriga, Lisa Massa, Elena Maldonado, Javier Zúñiga, Virginia Garós, Rosa Gonzalez-Cuevas, and Xavi Trapero, helping us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
