So... are you as passionate about helping teams, creating strong relationships across internal partners, stakeholders and colleagues, as you are about moving to a greener world? We’re looking for someone to join our People team and help the rest of the Holaluz team throughout their journey.

Your challenge

We are looking for a people-centric Talent development specialist. You will play a central role in helping to develop and facilitate our key talent development initiatives, supporting scalable talent development programs and policies, from strategic to execution. Our maxim is we don’t expect you to do the right thing, we expect you to do the brave thing.

We are a 13 people team, organized by roles but working in a very collaborative environment. You will be part of the Talent team, together with Teresa Polo, Miguel Cano, Belén Gracia,Maria Borrella, Neus Martinez, Esther Angrill, Ariadna Garriga, Lisa Massa, Elena Maldonado, Javier Zúñiga, Virginia Garós, Rosa Gonzalez-Cuevas, and Xavi Trapero, helping us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

What will you do

As a Talent development Specialist, you will contribute through all full talent development journey by helping to define and execute at scale top talent programs while taking Holaluz talent employees to the next level, having SHAKE Values amp; Holaluz culture as reference of your practice.

Day to day life

From Strategy to Operations

  • Work closely with Head of Talent amp; HRBP (HTH) on talent development strategy and programs content that is part of the Annual development Plan for business areas.
  • Work together with HTH and HRBP in talent development solutions for new employee, career, performance and development programs.
  • Plan initiatives, processes and annual cycles of talent programs according to OKR priorities and People annual processes.
  • Maintain awareness of, and incorporate, current best practices and trends in the area of talent.

Design, planning Implementation and monitoring Talent programs:

  • Ability to design and/or review content, updates program materials that include facilitator guides, participant handbook, content pills
  • Provide planning support with the rollouts and the implementation of talent programs, initiatives and processes.
  • Monitor and review the implementation plan of these programs.
  • Fully prepare and organize logistical requirements of trainings, workshops, initiatives
  • Working closely with HTH and HRBP in order to analyze, evaluate and measuring talent development programs/actions that offer evidence of the effectiveness, and help to develop actions to further improve it if need it.
  • Track and report KPIS that helps Holaluz to objectivize investment and efficiency (assistance, feedback, hours, impact results).

People Talent Processes and Policies

  • Work together with Talent in order to identify inconsistent procedures across the business
  • Develop or update new or current People policies/procedures according to business or people needs
  • Ensure all People processes and policies are appropriately documented and housed for employees to reference.
