The Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Product designer to join our team and play a key role in solving problems to create better experiences for our customers across existing and new products.

This is a permanent position based in Madrid.

Here’s what it’s like

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working side by side with Product Owners, Product Managers and Developers to deliver design solutions for the business.
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative user research including User Testing, Customer Interviews and produce actionable insights from the research findings.
• Create detailed design flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate your design concepts.
• Validate solutions through research and customer feedback, evaluate and understand the impact, gaps and opportunities to improve.
  

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX/UI or Product Design Experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best work that demonstrates your approach and methodologies
• UX/UI related degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Figma/Sketch, Zeplin and Jira preferable

• Strong knowledge of design processes and methodologies, particularly as applied to desktop amp; mobile products.
• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to effectively communicate designs decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to critique the work of other designers and provide meaningful feedback.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive design culture
