The Challenge

We are looking for an HRBP based in our HQ in Barcelona. You will be part of the Talent Growth team, composed by 5 other HRBPs and a Lamp;D Manager. The overall People team is made up of 20 other talented people spread across Talent Growth amp; Development, Talent Acquisition, People Ops and Workplace amp;Wellbeing pillars. The initial scope of the position will be a 6 months paternity cover as an Engineering HRBP. Beyond this initial period, the business area may or may not change based on personal preference and business needs.

What You Will Do

As an HRBP you will partner with your business area to enable the achievement of key objectives through our people and talent. You will work with people managers to advise them on people-related topics and on how to manage their team effectively, while also having a strategic approach to leverage our talent through people initiatives. You will work on implementing people processes in your business areas, acting as a counselor for leaders and being able to influence on talent decisions

Your day-to-day:

  • Design and implement people-centric processes (engagement surveys, onboarding journeys, performance management, career path framework, talent management) to meet business demands, aligned with culture and values.
  • Define overall strategy within annual processes, and manage and deploy HR projects which may involve change management and a new approach on the way we do things. including implementing new tools that will provide better support to stakeholders
  • Draw insights from data but also from effective feedback to improve processes and employee engagement
  • Provide guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, being able to coach leaders and making them grow.
  • Give data-driven advice and proactively share your point of view, ask the right questions, discuss and challenge your stakeholders when needed and make decisions together in partnership to ensure we are taking the best people decisions.
  • Identify learning opportunities for your teams and make sure that appropriate learning interventions are in place to support business needs and employees development plans.
  • Be the gatekeeper of our values and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in highly demanding and fast-paced environments as an HR Business Partner.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and strong skills in building relationships, building trust with the business and influencing others/challenging.
  • Business acumen and data-driven
  • Strategic thinking: be able to define and put in place strategic people plans/initiatives for the org in partnership with C-level, anticipate needs, forward thinking, proactivity
  • Project management, being able to manage and lead several projects at the same time
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Talent Management amp; Talent advisory
  • Culture and values enforcement: You have the ability to facilitate how culture and values are represented across the company on the day-to-day - how they influence behaviors, how teams work together, and how managers can reinforce and role model them.
  • Ability to operate in Spanish amp; English
