What you will do:
Together with our Head of Legal, you will:
· Elaborate IT contracts, advising on GDPR and IP related issues with the ability to balance legal risks with commercial and operational needs of the business.
· Work with different stakeholders inside and outside of Idoven and assist with their legal queries and documentation on a broad range of legal issues, such as regulatory affairs, public administrations, labour contracts and commercial law.
· Work cross-functionally with other internal teams sales, product, operations, HR and so on.
· Advise on day-to-day legal issues affecting USA/EMEA businesses.
· Help the Head of Legal with day-to-day operations, including identification, development, and implementation of department policies and procedures, as well as in the adaptation of compliance policies.
Requirements
· You have recently successfully a degree in Spanish law and a Master in digital business and Commercial Law/Intellectual Property and data privacy/International and European Law.
· Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in Digital, European and IP/ data privacy law.
· Deep knowledge of contract law and practice in civil law jurisdictions, in particular Spanish law.
· Excellent command of both English and Spanish is a MUST (writing, reading and legal)
· Strong, effective, and impactful communication skills with people at all levels and backgrounds being able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities in a dynamic working environment.
Preferred qualifications:
· Knowledge of the Healthcare and/or HealthTech sector is considered a strong plus
· International experience is a plus
