We help the world’s greatest game development studios provide technical assistance to their players, while they work hard to develop stunning game experiences, including MMOs, AAA blockbusters, indie gems and mobile hits.

We're currently looking for eager and enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global role) passionate for driving end to end high volume multilingual recruitment for entry level and higher positions globally. This role will also own responsibility of driving recruitment projects and manage key areas as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Carry end to end recruitment processes
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
    • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
    • Prepare engaging recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media;
    • Source and recruit candidates by using different recruitment methods, databases, social media, direct search?etc;
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
    • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
    • Ensures data is updated to gather recruitment metrics
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and results
    • Document processes on their assigned areas of responsibility
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team as needed
    • Propose areas of improvement and act on them with the support of the TA Manager
    • Assist driving different recruitment projects throughout the year.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
    • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
    • Act as a team player towards the Global Recruitment team of the Player Support Service Line
    • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience for internal as well as external talent; continuously improve ways of communicating with, attracting and engaging external talent;
    • Partner with local HR teams to ensure targets are met.
    • Contribute to the further development of Keywords employment branding;
    • Plan, manage and attend online and offsite recruitment fairs and events.
    • Builds long term relationships with institutions and attends employer branding events
    • Other duties as required

What we are looking for:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.?social media recruiting and Boolean search);
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Strong experience in high?volume?multilingual recruitment as well as mid-level and?high level?customer support positions
  • Strong recruitment background ideally from gaming or customer service industry;
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment;
  • Comfortable working with in-house and remote teams;
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, and ambition to meet deadlines;
  • Good knowledge on social media recruitment as well as employer branding activities.
  • Capacity to provide superb candidate experience
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices relating to recruitment;
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite;
  • Excellent fluency in English.
  • Interest in games would be ideal.
