As our HealthTech Legal Trainee you will be working on interesting and complex legal material that allows us to use technology to save lives. Alongside our Head of Legal, you will:
· Assist with legal queries, regarding applicable regulations and existing law such as privacy, e-commerce, intellectual property and IT contractual, software and cloud computing protection, digital and corporate law.
· Review and processing of business agreements, NDAs, notices, and other legal documents.
· Support RegulatoryAffairs, Admin and Operations departments in various legal administrative and operational tasks.
· Coordinate the execution of agreements and other company documentation.
· Assistance in the preparation and implementation of internal policies and manuals, as well as in the drafting and adaptation of compliance policies.
Requirements
- You have recently successfully completed or are completing a degree in Spanish Law: in Privacy Data, Digital Law and/or Intellectual Property in a highly recognized University such as ICADE, ESADE, GARRIGUES, IE BUSINESS SCOOL, LOYOLA UNIVERSITY, etc (Spanish and European Legislation.)
- Excellent command of both English and Spanish is a MUST (writing, reading and legal)
- Highly organized and meticulous about details; interest in learning in a dynamic and innovative sector, full dedication
- International and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to cooperate with diverse cultures and nationalities
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Healthcare and/or HealthTech sector is considered a strong plus
- International experience is a plus
