What you will do:

  • Identify, initiate, progress, manage, and sign contracts with top pharma companies
  • Manage, engage, and develop commercial pharma partner relationships, including senior executives levels and local market leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure coordination with the product, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success teams
  • Work together with Legal and Finance to finalise agreements with leading pharma companies
  • Work together with Customer Success to define and drive goals and objectives of our pharma partnerships
  • Conduct analyses and develop presentation materials to demonstrate our value proposition and outcomes to our pharma partners
  • Engage regularly with executive leadership to communicate progress and goals

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in roles where you have owned either business development, contracting, or partnership efforts from end-to-end, ideally with pharmaceutical companies
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business models and economics
  • Knowledge of software used in medical device, diagnostics and/or digital therapies and its commercialization process especially in the context of pharma use cases
  • Extensive experience with structuring client deliverables in PowerPoint/G-Slides, including being an expert in storytelling with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and persistently manage relationships with customers and partners at a senior management and director level
  • Record of solution-oriented, consultative sales success
  • Fully fluent in English (a must) and Spanish (preferred)
  • A relationship builder, and delight in forging meaningful bonds across all levels of an organisation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to efficiently manage a robust commercial funnel
