What you will do
As Talent Specialist you will be mainly focussed on recruitment but support in all key HR processes at IDOVEN. We are in a very exciting moment of growth and you can be a part of that!
Recruitment
- Talent acquisition for technical, operational and clinical/medical roles. Technical talent acquisition will be up to 70% of the total recruitment efforts.
- You will independently own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Work closely with the hiring manager to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding, targeting the right talent.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational and clinical positions internationally, such as Spain, USA and so on.
- Actively source the best talent through various channels.
People Operations
- Support your Manager with all HR activities for IDOVEN, including operations, compliance, learning amp; development, employer branding and strategy
- Propose ideas and strategies to improve HR processes and talent management at IDOVEN
- Manage a high workload in a fast-pace environment and prioritize constantly while keeping quality high
Requirements
- You have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR
- Experience with tech/IT recruitment is a must: You have experience working with engineering departments to source, interview and fill technical positions.
- You have demonstrated experience with HR operations and processes
- You speak fluent English and have a good level of Spanish
- You have a proactive and structured mindset and love to take on dynamic challenges
- You love working with people and want to contribute to IDOVEN’s mission of saving lives through cardiology by bringing on board the best talents
- Experience working in a product environment is considered a plus
- Experience with ATS and HRIS such as Breezy, Workable, Factorial etc. is considered a plus
