As part of our continued growth we’re excited to find ourselves in need of a French-speaking Recruiter to join our French Team in our Barcelona office. Ideally, you are already experienced in working in a recruitment position.
This role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, in a responsive, collegiate and stimulating recruitment environment.

Requirements
As a Recruiter for the French Team, you will be in charge of sourcing and developing relationships with Perm and Freelance IT consultants on the Belgian market.
The post holder will be:
- Sourcing, managing and interviewing candidates over the telephone and via email
- Matching candidates with the clients’ needs
- Develop your vertical market knowledge
- Building a specialist network of high calibre candidates
- Organising and managing interviews
- Following up on each placement
- Working closely with Sales Recruitment Consultant
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Fluent French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working in a sales environment
- An personal drive for working towards targets and goals
- Good to fluent English for corporate communications..
- A confident and out-going personality with strong influencing skills.
- High levels of self-motivation and excellent customer service skills.
- An entrepreneurial and accountable individual.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.

- Year 2 OTE 38-65k
