For this role we require an excellent negociator with outstanding analytics skills. The person in this role is responsible for working hand in hand with provider and business and secure we get the best service for our clients.

A problem-solving attitude and focus on how we can solve customer and team pain points through improvement of the outsourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • Acts as primary liaison with the outsourced service provider defining needs and implementing best practices
  • Creating weekly reports according to key performance metrics.
  • Prepare automated reports that help streamline data visualization.
  • Build influential, trusted partner relationships with vendor business management, communicating expectations for delivering against agreement terms while providing appropriate support, best practices, and guidance.
  • Work as a point of contact between the selected service provider and the enterprise to adjust the needs and provide the greatest possible value to the business.
  • Analyze our monthly metrics and determine the economic impact related with the outsourced service for our businesses.
  • Use monthly data to establish points of action related to the service provider choice, workforce increase or decrease needs, workflow creation or changes.
  • Define and be consistent with the desired levels of demand for external service providers.
  • Keep the department and companys Management Board informed about the results, changes and obstacles found during the collaboration.
  • Negotiate and review constantly the best conditions and guarantee that the agreed and proposed costs are correct for the service received.

Requirements

Your expertise in a nutshell:

  • Strong experience leading outsourcing customer service projects for international companies.
    • Project Management Experience, including the ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple efforts with strong results/goal orientation.
    • Decision-making experience to solve the most complex problems and provide sound compliance advice and direction.
    • Demonstrated successful interdisciplinary collaboration in a team setting.
    • Excellent performance analysis skills to evaluate business activities and metrics, diagnose performance issues, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best agreements in commercial terms, pricing and logistics setup.
