Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Financial Business Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial forecasting
  • Support in achieving the financial targets and objectives
  • Providing financial analysis to business unit management
  • Supporting the financial decision and budget process
  • Preparation of the operating budget (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Supporting the preparation of management reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes aiming for more profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good level of Spanish
  • C1 Level of English
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties
  • Working experience in KPI monitoring
  • Working experience in contact center sector is desirable
  • Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
