Job Description

Schlesinger Group is a leading market research company specializing in qualitative and quantitative research data collection services, worldwide. We are represented across key research markets in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain.

We are currently looking for a Strategic Project Manager for Governance and Multi-Country Studies to take care of our most prestigious institutional and private clients in Europe. This is a remote working position and can be based in Spain, UK, France or Germany.


Your Responsabilities

  • Supporting the team leader and Quant PM in the entire process of tendering and managing Governance and Multi-Country Studies Research projects, ensuring consistency and quality standards.
  • Managing local and international providers (qualitative and quantitative technicians, market research agencies and translation services): requesting quotes, assessing feasibility, negotiating costs and timelines.
  • Coordinating fieldwork daily, liaising with consortium partners and providers in all countries involved in the project.
  • Projects cover a variety of methodologies from traditional focus groups and IDIs to online ethnographies and bulletin boards.
  • Managing venue and incentive logistics for studies
  • Follow up to ensure a successful project and escalation to line manager as appropriate.
  • Ensuring accurate file administration and invoicing.
  • Observing and complying with all GDPR and pharmacovigilance requirements
  • Working closely with Quant PM to ensure consistency for the client throughout multi-phase projects
  • Closing the projects in our internal systems in a timely manner, making sure all costs are correctly entered and budget is up-to-date.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience - ideally in Market Research
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, German or French or any further language is a plus
  • International background is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Client facing experience
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to identify problems in good time to deal with them
  • Organizational skills all project files must be kept to auditing standard
  • Experience in Excel, Office, Word and PowerPoint
