Senior / Lead Product Manager (m/f/d)

You will play a key part in developing our product and product team, facilitating and leading our high growth ambitions together with our two founders and our management team

• Lead and organize all aspects of the product development cycle, from detailing out the roadmap over requirement engineering to development and delivery
• Lead communication and align multiple internal tech and business teams, coordinate priorities and timelines, and track execution
• Participate in key architectural decision-making
• Drive excellency in product and project management
• Build and lead a team of product manager and product owners, together with the management team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in agile software development, holding a senior product or project management role for at least 2 years
• Excellent communication and people skills that allow facilitating effective and efficient communication both with senior management as well as junior developers
• Deep knowledge of agile project management methodologies and best practices, and a willingness to enforce excellence throughout the organization
• High degree of motivation and ownership, with the power and mindset to strive for excellence in a high-growth setting with ambiguities and business pressure
• Strong conceptual abilities with a good understanding of business requirements
• Data-driven mindset and curiosity about commercial insights, statistical learning and engineering (any deeper technical background is a plus)
• High-level experience with modern software architectures and understanding of cloud stacks
• Very good verbal and written English (German is a plus)
