Strategy Manager

Toqio is a Fintech SaaS company that enables any business to launch Fintech propositions in a matter of days.

We are currently looking for an exceptional Strategy Manager to join a growing team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, with unparalleled access to Toqio’s management team. This is a role with high visibility and global scope: On day 1, you will be leading or working on projects across UK, Spain, and a number of other countries across the world.

As a Strategy Manager you will:

• Frame complex business questions at the intersection of Corporate Strategy, Operations, Business Development, Finance and Commercial
• Work with all of Toqio’s business functions to design, model, and present solutions to our business questions
• Perform qualitative and quantitative market research and ad-hoc analyses to inform business our management team’s decision-making
• Lead the implementation of new strategies and processes - and see the impact of your work end-to-end
• Execute on project plans; Monitor project delivery and support change management processes

Requirements

Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance, or related fields
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering, or an MBA from a top school
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Outstanding presentation, story-telling, and change management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

  • Salary proposal for a Strategy Manager 40.000 to 55.000 gross annual base base salary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience
