Product Proposition Manager

As a Product Proposition Manager you will be responsible to bring value propositions into the market.

As a Product Proposition Manager you will:

• Lead the product proposal.

• Develop pricing models for features / modules
• Build Pamp;Ls and budgets for squads and the Product department
• Provide insights into industry and competitor trends covering product development, 3rd parties, regulation and geography
• Build strong relationships and coordinate the product matters with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams
• Bring input from the market and use this information to define the product plug-in strategy
• Help us understand which BaaS and plugins we should integrate with
• Manage commercials with 3rd party players
• Manage our sales-friendly roadmap
• Coordinate monthly catch ups with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Support product team to align client needs and the solution
• Lead the go to market propositions for our products, aligning the whole company (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc) in order bring value to our customers
  
  

Requirements

Experience required:

• We are looking for a senior professional with 10-15 years of total experience with multifunctional background in Product, Sales, Marketing and Partnership

• Pricing knowledge and Pamp;L knowledge
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, at least 5 years.

Must have skills:

• Great communicator, ability to negotiate and gather information from different and diverse stakeholders (internal and external).
• High level of English

• Entrepreneurial background
• Experience defining processes and governance
• Ability to understand legal matters: contracts
• Ability to negotiate within an international environment
• Experience in start-ups

  • Salary proposal for a Product Proposition Manager is 70 to 85000 gross annual base salary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience
