Our client is the leading enabler of digital advertising expansion via major social media platforms in emerging markets. Through exclusive partnerships with the likes of Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitch and other digital platforms, they act as the liaison between locally based advertising and major platforms that do not have local sales and operations teams in underserved geographic locations globally. Our cleint has been operating in this space for over 20 years and has grown organically as well as through mergers and acquisitions and now operates across three continents and over 60 markets They have over $1B in sales, are growing revenue YoY, have over 1200 employees globally and continue to rapidly grow. Headquartered in Miami, Florida they have significant operational leadership presence in Dubai and Argentina as well.

What We Are Looking For:

Their Head of HRIS, Payroll and Operations will provide strategic leadership for the design, development and administration of our client's HR operations, payroll and HRIS implementation. This role will be vital in designing an ongoing Global operations infrastructure to support the company expansion efforts and transformation.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and manage a team of HRIS, payroll and HR operations professionals.
  • Centralize payroll operations in over 60 markets
  • Own the development, implementation, and evolution of core programs in the employee lifecycle for seamless employee experience across payroll, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, including immigration and compliance practices and broader HR policies. Identify opportunities for automation, and reduction of manual processes
  • Lead HR data and technology projects by: obtaining key partner buy-in, developing requirements, building/testing, preparing and delivering change management, implementing, and conducting after action reviews for feedback and improvements.
  • Accountable for global HR system data integrity, reporting and analytics
  • Recommend and implement appropriate innovative processes across the HR organization, serving as project manager for all initiatives involving HR data, systems and implementation of platforms
  • Review and adapt the People Team’s service delivery structure to meet changing business needs (ie some programs delivered centrally through the HR Operations team and some through HR business partners or talent acquisition teams)
  • Manage employee records and policies, implementing adequate processes and audits, in compliance with recent employment law updates (ie - national/local laws new hire notification requirements, labor laws, unemployment claims, records retention policies, etc)
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to support key HR Team initiatives through robust analyses and dashboards, ranging from diversity to employee engagement to talent processes.
  • Build capacity within the HR organization to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Monitor and enhance service delivery standards to ensure global consistency, ultimately enhancing both manager and team member experiences.
  • Oversee sourcing new software programs, implementation, contract renewals, and external vendor management.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR data, technology, project management, payroll or people analytics
  • Significant knowledge and experience using and implementing HCM systems.
  • Managing a team of HR operations, data and payroll specialists
  • Experience providing consultative support for executives and People Teams, translating business goals into analytics solutions, including providing data for all levels of the organization from line level to Executive Leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and reliability, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrated sound judgment when working through complex issues
