Gtmhub is seeking an incredible Account Based Experience Manager (ABX) with a minimum of +3 years B2B experience building, managing, and optimizing ABM programs and campaigns targeting enterprise businesses to join the team.

This is a remote position - you can join our team from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection.

The Role

As our ABX Manager, you will manage all of our ABX operations and design, build, manage and relentlessly test our ABM campaigns to find the best ways to deliver highly qualified leads to our enterprise business sales teams.

The ideal candidate is an account based marketing pro, and a paid traffic expert who is highly analytical. You are highly collaborative and have a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale global ABM campaigns.


The Details

As an Account Based Experience Manager (ABX), you will:

  • Manage all of our account based marketing functions; partnering with sales, marketing and sales ops to drive target account selection and leading all ABM motions for driving demand from selected target accounts
  • Establishing and managing 1 to 1, 1 to few, and 1 to many ABM campaigns
  • Perform as an integrated-campaign strategist for end-to-end execution of data-driven campaigns, including defining the audiences to be targeted, developing campaign strategy, building digital ad campaigns, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Lead execution for a comprehensive set of paid traffic tactics across display/programmatic, paid social, content syndication, and other channels of distribution
  • Manage all ABM paid social and display channels, to optimize performance, determine budget allocation, and own outcomes from all strategies and tactics deployed
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all ABM promotional. channels
  • Use of process for testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Relentlessly experiment with different targeting, messaging, ad images, and copy to strike the balance between scale and cost-efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and identify technical issues to help ensure we operate effective paid traffic campaigns
  • Monitor performance reports for channel-level pacing of budgets and targets
  • Being a student of your role, in tune with up-to-date knowledge for effectively leveraging the technology and tools you will be using
  • Strategize with marketing teams to develop and refine relevant campaign copy and assets
  • Cooperate with marketing managers and the greater marketing team to generate and optimize paid traffic campaigns
  • Work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing and all marketing and sale team members to drive demand generation objectives

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • +3 years’ years’ B2B experience managing account based marketing functions
  • A data-driven mindset where numbers gt; instinct
  • +1 years experience marketing to enterprise senior-level buyers (ideal)
  • +1 year experience marketing/positioning a SaaS solution (ideal)
  • +1 year experience supporting sales and field marketing in a marketing role (ideral)
  • Extensive knowledge of 6Sense and/or other ABM solutions
  • Demonstrated competence and working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads/Business Manager, and programmatic ad platforms/DSPs
  • Deep expertise in social media platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and objectives
  • Experience working with substantial monthly ad spend budgets and targets
  • Experience working with 1st and 3rd party data for ad targeting
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and various MarTech solutions
  • You know how to use data to make strategic decisions and when to proactively seek out insights to improve marketing outcomes
  • Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings
  • You are inquisitive by nature
