Accounting Technician

Reporting to the Accounting Manager of the Group, he/she will responsible for analyzing, verifying, executing, controlling, accounting for invoices, as well as resolving incidents in this regard, following the regulations of the General Accounting Plan and the Department Management, with the aim of ensuring the correct charge / imputation and / or credit to the corresponding items of the Company.

Main responsibilities;

• Receive and send invoices through the document manager (OCR) to the corresponding departments for approval.
• Verify and analyze accounting data and accounting of authorized invoices to incorporate them into the payment portfolio.
• Resolve incidents with third parties by phone and email (external suppliers and internal users).
• Archive of suppliers-creditors.
• Month-end closing: Make forecast entry of invoices pending to be accounted for.
• Support in annual audit, prepare and send the circularization letters and subsequent reconciliation of the responses received by suppliers. Prepare of various reports (supplier portfolio, invoicing volume, etc. .).

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in the performance of accounting technician tasks.
• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting (or similar).
• We are looking for a professional with Iniciative, Analytical Thinking and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge in SAP (plus)
• Knowledge of OCR document management system.
