Our Customer Experience Team is caring about (yes, you guessed it!) the best possible experience for our customers, which we highlighted here. We are using marketing tools and actions, to accomplish full product engagement of our clients. What we offer as product simplifies the overall management of medical unit/ practice and allows the doctors to reach new and existing patients in completely digital way.

This job offer is unique - we are looking for someone who will holistically build a Customer Experience. From first touchpoint of medical professional with our product, till full engagement and usability of our services. All that done in our Global Team, so you can make your own strategic decision on local and global level.

What is waiting for you?

  • Identification of Personas and Customer Journey - from building awareness to being a promoter :-)
  • Cooperation with internal teams like marketing, sales, product, design, UX etc - everything for a healthier Customer Journey ;-)
  • Coordination of projects - different types: communication, operational, technological - what we mean is: creating documentation, setting priorities for roadmap of actions, managing time and other resources.
  • Analysing customer reviews - we mostly focus on qualitative and quantitative feedback like for example NPS. Being data driven is core of our culture here at Docplanner.
  • Implementing best practices with local and international Customer Experience Teams - being effective in making changes happen


Requirements

What we expect from you?

  • Experience in previous Customer Experience roles - it’s a must-have, we look for similar track record, at least 2 years of it
  • Experience in project management - especially in larger, complex projects
  • Analytical skill-set and solution oriented mindset - you know what, how to analyse and based on that you can use it to conceptualize creative solutions. You can do it in Excel or BI by looking into campaigns, conversion, funnels amp; clicks.
  • Basic knowledge from E-mail amp; Content marketing fields
  • Excellent English communication skills - 90% of work will be done in that language.
