Job Description

APIVITA amp; URIAGE are looking for an intern for the Customer Service Department.


The functions to be performed by the recruited person, among others, will be:

  • Call centre's services to customers and the commercial network
  • Orders and endowments processing
  • Administrative management: invoices, charges and credits submission
  • Database management: registration, cancellation and modification of customers in the system
  • Order tracking and resolution of incidents arising from shipping
  • Incident management: assistance, solution and reporting


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possibility of scholarship agreement
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
  • B2 English level, French highly desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, and basic accounting.
  • Great organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and autonomous profile
  • Mandatory: live in MADRID
