APIVITA amp; URIAGE are looking for an intern for the Customer Service Department.
The functions to be performed by the recruited person, among others, will be:
- Call centre's services to customers and the commercial network
- Orders and endowments processing
- Administrative management: invoices, charges and credits submission
- Database management: registration, cancellation and modification of customers in the system
- Order tracking and resolution of incidents arising from shipping
- Incident management: assistance, solution and reporting
Requirements

- Possibility of scholarship agreement
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
- B2 English level, French highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, and basic accounting.
- Great organizational skills
- Problem-solving and autonomous profile
- Mandatory: live in MADRID
