Job Description

Neuraxpharm is currently searching for: CMO Relationship Management Specialist

Major Accountabilities:

  • Renegotiate and/or renewals of supply conditions of established contractual terms
  • Creation of Terms and Contracts for none regulated business
  • Avoidance of price increases
  • Supporting operative Supply Chain by troubleshooting with suppliers
  • Maintain frequent contact with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure stability of the supplies
  • Ensure savings according to the agreed annual plan of renegotiations and/or renewals
  • Improving commercial conditions with our external Supplier of finished dosage forms (FDF) already integrated within the Group Neuraxpharm by ensuring:
    • Availability and stability of the supplies of the products already launched and commercialized
    • Harmonization of the supplies for the products where the Group have different sources
    • Building up potential back up suppliers
    • Renegotiations and creating potential savings on COGs, working capital
    • Renewals and/or termination of existing supply agreements
    • Ensuring on time fulfillment of saving opportunities
    • Market analysis of suppliers and competitors identifying opportunities and risks
    • To work with appropriate Neuraxpharm people to create and maintain content for employee communication channels.
    • To manage and create content for the company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
    • Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international supply chain function
  • Demonstrated experience in managing amp; developing supplier relationships including contract negotiation
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and good excel skills
  • Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • Advanced English is a must
