Neuraxpharm is searching for Area Sales Manager MENA.

Job Purpose

Responsible for Neuraxpharm's sales in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) area, with more than 13M sales. Maximize current sales in the territory, identify and capture new business opportunities and new customers, negotiate and close contracts and commercial agreements. Define the Go-To-Market model in each country, find the business model that fits better with our interests and agree on the commercial conditions for our pharmaceutical dossiers.

Internally and externally coordinate the products marketed by the Company, following the regulations sanitary, governmental of each country (registrations, patents, .), market trends and growth policies established in the Organization, with the aim of ensuring an increase in business and profitability of the same.

Major Accountabilities

  • Sales Plan: Define short and long term strategy, market analysis, prospection and detection of business opportunities, selection of the best partner for each country, ensure the achievement of the sales for all the export business in the territory
  • Managing current customers: Realization of commercial visits and periodic meetings, re-negotiation of prices, identification of new sales opportunities. Manage the customers’ incidents (resolution of problems or incidents in the shipment or claims of clients)
  • Opening new markets: Analyze, negotiate, close and manage new commercial agreements with existing and new customers
  • Finance: Follow-up Sales amp; Budget, analyzing and reporting sales results
  • Coordination: Communicate and coordinate internal meetings with Supply Chain, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Ramp;D

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as Business Manager negotiating and managing FDF in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Expert in tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), IQVIA data analysis and similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharma, Chemical, Engineering or similar background. Master's or Postgraduate studies are valued.
  • Fluent and professional Spanish and English are a must. French is also valued
