Neuraxpharm is searching a vacancy based in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona:
JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
- Reporting directly to the Legal Corporate Manager, he/she will be responsible for:
- Draft, review and interpretate commercial contracts.
- Update the contract database.
- Organize the corporate governance documents (minutes, certificates, deeds)
- Conduct legal research in areas including contracts, data privacy, regulatory, compliance, and general corporate matters.
- Resolve queries about the legal matters related to the Company
Requirements
- Law Degree, master’s in international law is a plus
- 1-2 years of professional work experience in similar position
- Specific Knowledge: Compliance Law, Business Law, Corporate Legal Matters
- Advanced English is a must
