Neuraxpharm is searching for a vacancy: Inventory analyst

Inventory analysts consist of analyzing and understanding the company's inventory situation and making recommendations to improve it to guarantee smooth supply while achieving days inventory outstanding goals.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver monthly reports on inventory levels.
  • Perform inventory analysis enabling rapid decision-making.
  • Report product issues to demand and sales stakeholders for immediate resolution.
  • Analyze root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions.
  • Support leadership meetings with data, prepare and present findings to process owners and senior management, facilitate development and prioritization of key improvement projects
  • Develop and coordinate initiatives to reduce slow moving inventories and to improve inventory turns to achieve company inventory target level.

Requirements

  • +2 experience as a Supply Chain Specialist/ Logistics/ Demand planner or Controlling in a manufacturing company (Chemical/ Pharmaceutical will be a plus)
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency, analytical thinking with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently,
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
  • Advanced English
