Neuraxpharm is searching a vacancy based in Sant Joan Despí: HR Specialist
Reporting directly to the HR Director, he/she will be responsible for the recruitment amp; training of the organization and will provide professional HR advice, coaching and solutions that support and add value to the business.
Being his/her major accountabilities:
- Responsible for activities for our site different employee profiles, such as Recruiting, HRIS, Hiring, Learning and Development to deliver on business needs of spanish group.
- Ensure that new employees are effectively onboarded into the organization.
- Responsible for Global Policies and Procedures of the Group implementation
- Give direct Serve to employees and develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement for the different teams.
- Create trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- A professional with a demonstrable experience, minimum and essential of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and hiring in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-cultural organization.
- A professional with a Degree in Labour Relations, Law, Economics or related field. Ideally with master specialized in HR.
- We are looking for a proactive professional with high organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate and to consult effectively and independently.
- Fluency in English is essential
