Neuraxpharm is searching for a vacancy: Demand Planner Analyst
The key purpose of this role is drive improvements in Licenses portfolio Forecast Performance through excellence in operations of the Neuraxpharm affiliates and B2B customers Forecast development and synergies and alignment in statistical production processes.
Being his/her major accountabilities:
- Demand Planning technical focal point at global level, centralizing all demands
- Act as Demand Planning focal point for all the CMO SKU demands
- Ensure, that all the countries and customers participate in forecast cycle updating demand on monthly basis with 2-24 months’ time horizon.
- Supports affiliates and analyses deviations in historical demand to ensure a good trend and be on forecast accuracy target.
- Global vision and performance analysis for CMO forecast in LESVI.
- Lead Samp;OP consensus demand signing off purchasing forecast by the affiliates and B2B sales team on a monthly basis.
- Supports supply/demand planners at country level signing off forecast by local affiliate provided in a month[1]ly basis through Samp;OP consensus demand.
- Work closely with CMO supply planner specialist and PMO’s to ensure accurate forecast are submitted
- monthly supporting effective cross functional business communication and enterprise first decision making.
- Establish and build an effective centralized forecast support to affiliates integrated in SAP and no integrated.
- Prepares monthly forecast accuracy and performance outlook information and quarterly medium-term outlook for Samp;OP demand review.
Requirements
- Highly numerate with demonstrated data management and analytical capabilities as role involves management of significant amounts of data.
- Experienced in general tools (MS Access and Excel) and supply chain management forecasting/ERP systems (SAP and IBP).
- Understanding forecasting and planning processes linked to SAP and on non-SAP planning tools.
- Demonstrated customer awareness.
- Experience in working cross functionally and remotely with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English level.
