We are currently searching for: Tax Consultant
Being his/her major accountabilities:
To provide taxation services across the business as a member of the tax team and to coordinate and monitor tax compliance related to the day-to-day business and Mamp;A transactions.
Major Accountabilities:
- Assist the group’s Head of Tax on the tax matters of the business
- Provide support on local tax audits;
Specific Accountabilities:
- To provide support in the preparation of the local Transfer Pricing documentation and Master File, in collaboration with external service providers.
- To coordinate and monitor the compliance related to Mamp;A.
- Review of the year-end income tax provision calculations in all jurisdictions;
- Monitoring corporate tax filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws;
- Provide support on ad-hoc requests / queries raised by the different departments; and
- To work on Mamp;A transactions (share deals and asset deals) and to provide support on the compliance related to the deal execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of tax law experience in a Big 4 or an international tax firm, with a combination of national and international exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Law and / or Business amp; Administration.
- Master’s in taxation
- Knowledge of pharma industry issues is a plus
- Advanced Spanish and English
