Gtmhub is seeking an incredible Regional Channel Account Manager (Global System Integrators + Strategy consulting firmsSouthern Europe) to join the EMEA Alliances team.

This is a remote/hybrid position - you can join our team from anywhere in Spain with a reliable internet connection.

The Role

Your primary role as Regional Channel Manager Southern Europe will be to:

  • Generate effective new partnership opportunities.
  • Generate partner originated and partner influenced pipeline.
  • Drive satisfaction across our partners and their customers.
  • Identify, engage and recruit Global and local System Integrators (GSI’s) as well as Strategy consulting Companies. Build mutually beneficial long-term, strategic plans with them.


The Details:
  • Onboard service partners, working closely with our sales, pre-sales, product, customer success and marketing organizations.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with our partners driving for mutual business outcomes.
  • Manage your business pipeline effectively on a day to day cadence.
  • Stay abreast of and share industry, competitor, and market dynamics that could affect the relationship between Gtmhub and its service partners.
  • We are believers in long-term, strategic partnerships. As such, it is critical for us having experienced in building, articulating and executing business plans with our partners. This is a critical part of the experience we are looking for.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • Experience in a fast moving startup environment.
  • Experience developing business relationships a partnership setting.
  • Detailed and process focused, always looking to improve the partner experience.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel and meet with partners in region, circumstances permitting.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Business Agility and Digital Transformation concepts is a plus.
  • English and Spanish mandatory and and one other European langue at business level background is a plus.

About the interview process
