Why is this role important to us?
We believe there is an unprecedented opportunity to support our internal teams in imagining tomorrow’s products, service and businesses - and creating them today. But we need your help. We're looking for a freelance sr. recruiter, with a strong background hiring in professional services. Your goal is to contract the best innovation consultants, designers and growth hackers across the globe, together with 2 sr. recruiters that you will coach.
Consider this a starting point for the role:
- Own our full-cycle outbound-led recruitment amp; selection process. You can excite smart people to connect with you for our different roles:
- Innovators / business designers like Michael, Gayathri
- Digital designers / digital prototypers like Welyn, Karina
- Experiment designers / growth hackers like Leonardo, Lisa
- Business directors like Marlene, Bryan
- Business development managers like Shab, Aya
- Ensure candidates have a smooth candidate experience in this hot market
- Coach 2 sr. recruiters (Daniela amp; Sandhya) ensuring an absolute focus on hiring top quality consultants
- Partner closely with our CPO (Estelle) about people topics
- Embody and propagate our specific BOI-DNA
- Effectively combine the above with more administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling interviews, e-mailing with candidates, sending out our reasoning tests etc.)
Requirements
You’ll thrive at Board of Innovation by striking the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, by being eager to learn, bringing tons of initiative and willingness to go the extra mile.
- You have 5-10 years of experience working in outbound-led (=headhunting) recruitment in professional services
- You have experience coaching / managing other recruiters and providing a top service to the hiring managers
- You are excited to hire smart innovation consultants, experiment designers amp; digital designers
- You have experience working with an ATS like Workable
- You are fully proficient in English
