As an embedded engineer you will work with the technologies in the Charger box.

What are we asking for?
- Extensive work experience with modern C++
- Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to get things done
- A strong desire to write clean, maintainable code
- You don’t understand coding without unit test
- Good understanding of build systems such as CMake
- Previous experience in version control such as Git
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of embedded systems/electronics
- You are not afraid of creating software from public standards such as (CCS or OCPP)

What will you be doing
- In 1 month: you’ll get to know the company, your team, and how a Wallbox charger works. You’ll be learning how your team works on a daily basis. You’ll have a buddy that will guide you through the code and company values.
- In 3 months: you’ll have a good knowledge of the current codebase. Also, you’ll have started flying solo, always with the backup and support of very talented colleagues.
- In 6 months: Your team will already know how good your work is and how well you develop new features. You’ll be embedded in the Wallbox culture and you’ll have the space to show your strengths. You’ll have all the necessary knowledge to propose changes in the architecture and implementation of the code.

We need a C++ embedded engineer who will be responsible for developing software for our class-leading chargers taking care of the architecture and good software design patterns. Someone who will take the lead in new projects and work on the release management as well as assuring the product information exchange and interaction with our hardware team.
