As a Customer Service Agent, your?responsibilities include:
- Being in direct contact with existing and new clients via (video) calls, mail and chat
- Handling questions related to sim cards, activate sim cards and provide additional product information and information on processes
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Medium level of English
- Client-oriented approach
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Native level of either Romanian or Polish
- Medium level of English
- Experience in a customer service environment is a strong asset
