General SummaryThis role offers a unique opportunity to combine sales and analytical skills to support the North American sales team. On a daily basis, you will create, analyze, and build analytics to collaborate on North American business strategies with a focus on pricing and special offers with a goal of increasing sales.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities• Manage and foster business relationships with GPOs, IDNs and other hospital groups. *• Work with strategic accounts team to maintain disciplined pricing structure for existing products through development of strategic pricing solutions.*• Collaborate with the Strategic Account Analysts, Customer Service, Legal, Field Representatives and Managers on pricing programs, incentive offers and development of new strategic initiatives.*• Build and develop business reviews for large GPOs, IDNs and other hospital groups.*• Work with Strategic Account Managers to analyze impact different pricing options and develop strategies for correct responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) from GPOs, IDNs and other hospital groups.*• Run analytics to support growth rebate initiatives through business reviews to motivate customers to meet targets. *• Provide ad-hoc analytic support to drive key business opportunities in the field.*• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.*• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards and procedures.*• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.*Indicates an essential function of the role
Minimum Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of sales or related analytical experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.• Thoughtful, proactive, and self-motivated individual.• Strong analytical skills, including high proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.• Ability to deliver high quality analyses and meet deadlines.• Keen attention to detail is critical.
