Superpedestrian is hiring a Logistics Manager EMEA whose primary responsibilities are to manage and oversee the arrangement of inbound/outbound container, LCL, air, and parcel movements to/from Superpedestrian facilities via our regional 3PL partners in the EU. You will also review and audit freight invoices for import/export prior to payment approval; comply with local, regional, and international trade regulations; and ensure all service provider performance metrics are being met.

What you’ll do:-Manage inbound/outbound air, ocean, and parcel orders as they pass through our 3PL warehouse(s) in the EU and maintain alignment with our market and global logistics teams.-Act as a bridge between internal SP teams and 3PL service providers for the EMEA region.-Prepare, process, and maintain all necessary transportation documentation amp; information.-Enter orders in WMS/TMS systems and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery.-Negotiate rates, audit carrier invoices, and assist in the billing process to ensure accuracy in data amp; pricing.-Assist with developing, implementing, and improving transportation policies and procedures employed within the company.-Report on monthly metrics related to the movement of goods, carrier performance, and related freight metrics.-Comply with all applicable transportation regulations, international trade regulations, and company policies.-Prepares shipping documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, IATA documents, Declaration forms, and other documents as required.-Identify service issues trends and escalate them to the Logistics Manager.
What we’re looking for:-Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.-Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding (Air- and Ocean freight), domestic (TL and LTL), and parcel shipping is preferred.-Fluent English (both spoken and written), Dutch language skills is a plus-Additional European language a plus (preferably Dutch or German).-HAZMAT/DG experience is a plus.-Experience with ERP systems (TMS and WMS) preferred-Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel.Superpedestrian actively encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
