The Opportunity
This position will manage the end-to-end process of delivering Sunfolding products to customers. This includes managing the project execution schedule, creating and communicating project deliverables from and to customers, support project engineering, and training and supporting the construction of Sunfolding customer solar plants.
This position will work with a range of people from customer engineering to subcontractor construction labor. This position will also support the development of efficient and effective management systems to cost-effectively create great customer experiences.
The Project Manager position will report to the Sunfolding Customer Experience Team to find simply smarter ways to deliver Sunfolding products and ensure customer projects are successful. Essential Functions Responsibilities

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
• Managing the customer experience for multiple simultaneous Sunfolding customer solar projects from project execution and engineering, procurement, permitting, and construction management.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Utilize CRM and ERP to create and communicate the Sunfolding deliverable schedule from project kickoff to final project commissioning.
• Communication to external parties regarding all aspects of Sunfolding project deliverables.
• Organization of internal resources to provide project deliverablesMotivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.
• Development and ongoing improvement of efficient and effective project management systems to cost-effectively deliver Sunfolding products.
• Compile and report on successes and gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement of construction practices
• Capture best practices and present internally and externally to improve future projects.
• Support the construction and commissioning of Sunfolding projects to ensuring the project is completed as designedRegional and National travel.

Education Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Project management, Construction management, or similar
• 5+ years professional, managerial, and hands-on field level experience
• Strong project management skills, PMP certification a plus
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Extensive experience in scheduling simultaneous projects while working with subcontractors, customers, and other suppliers
• Ability to learn quickly, establish trust, and communicate effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization and computer skills, including experience with modern productivity tools and the ability to transfer software experience between platforms.
• Experience with lean construction and theory of constraints a plus
