To strengthen our Spain team, we are looking for a highly efficient customer focused consultant who enjoys managing projects, building positive relationships with clients, solving problems, and working in an international, innovative, and fast-growing software company.
You will contribute to delivering and maintaining high quality solutions within a highly skilled small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of the Assima solution within our clients’ organizations (own and manage the projects and bring them to completion by liaising with other internal teams)
  • Meet clients to scope the requirements and infrastructures of projects
  • Devise and deliver appropriate architectures amp; solutions to meet client requirements
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple products and solutions, including staying up to date on new features and functionality
  • Deliver on and off-site training and mentoring, resolve issues and offer proactive support
  • Create training content and online help with Assima Solution
  • Proactively manage ongoing relationships with customers and ensure they are making the most of their investment in Assima
  • Build a strong internal network with your customers and identify upsell opportunities
  • Work with other consultants across the global offices to achieve wider company goals
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (RFI, RFP, technical documentation, pre-sales client meetings, presentations amp; demos)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or comparable professional education/experience
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, web server) amp; experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Understanding of training and project implementations
  • Customer focused amp; results-driven approach with a high sense of urgency and engagement
  • Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Business travel: Local amp; international travels to client sites may be required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and Strong level of English (other languages is a strong asset)
