Procurement Associate

• Support Brand integration post acquisition into Supply Chain amp; Procurement workstreams
• Cross-functional interaction with internal and external stakeholders to collect and process data for strategic projects
• Support ERP integration and creation of in-house tools, dealing with Engineering and IT team
• Be part of the supplier due diligence process, by collecting specific information and dealing with Sourcing and Mamp;A team
• Track weekly Supply Chain and Procurement KPIs, hence identify root causes, corrective actions and deadlines to follow up with the relevant stakeholders
• Plan and implement Supply Chain and Procurement optimization projects (e.g. Purchase Order management, supplier onboarding process, contracts and documents management, )
• Partner with Buying and Logistic team to avoid OOS and Overstock risk
