We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us with this mission.
As a Technical Project Manager you will manage development projects for our core platform, existing portfolio and new development projects . This position is based in Estepona and the ideal candidate has experience in a technology driven company and is used to working in a fast paced environment
- To develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- To develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- To control the execution and progress of the project tasks
- To solve problems and eliminate obstacles, involving and coaching team members
- To lead and mentor team members to understand and apply Agile values, principles, and practices
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- To measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Requirements
What do you bring?
3+ years of successful experience in technical project management in software development,
preferably within the Payments/Finance industry
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
- Proven experience in a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach position (experience of coaching Agile methodologies and leading successful transformation/building high performing teams) will be considered as an advantage
- Strong technical background (previous experience in software developer’s role) will be considered as advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and proven track record in creating project documentation - business analysis, use cases and scenarios, task and workflow analysis etc.
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologie
