The Role

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries, give response to their requests and looking for sales opportunities. You will manage a wide portfolio of companies, having to fulfil all the reactive issues and also design and planning proactive actions to reach our two main goals: increase customer retention, satisfaction and creating upsell opportunities.

This is a newly created position, so, it is important to be a proactive person, with the capacity to think out of the box in an environment where all ideas are listened and taken in account.

Requirements

• You are analytical, organized, multitasker and comfortable in an environment that constantly changes.
• You have a digital profile: you enjoy and adapt easily to new tech tools.
• You are a creative person, with some knowledge/interest in marketing and graphic design fields.
• You can easily hold a business conversation in Spanish, English and French.
• You are familiar with the B2B SaaS environment.
• You are curious and you love to learn new things, no matter the topic it is.
• You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
• You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
• Good decision maker.
• University education.
• You have previous experience in a customer experience team.

What will I be doing?

• Build strong client relationships, through regular communication using different channels.
• Gather information on assigned clients to do actions to understand their requirements to work on a sales plan.
• Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
• Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
• Report on the status of accounts.
• Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.
• Promote new products/services to existing customers planning the best actions to do it.
• You will need to get involved in all kinds of problems that your clients have; your mission will be to find a solution to each one of them.
• You will work hand in hand with different teams - especially with the sales, product, and development team - you will be their main contact person, so the feedback you can provide them will be super valuable.
• Even though the main channel of communication is via e-mail and phone call, you will also hold meetings through video link with your clients to generate engagement and show them product particularities that fit their use cases.
