We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Onboarding Associate to join our growing team who will be comfortable in a start-up environment. You will play a crucial role in the onboarding and training of our field team. The couriers are the core of our business, without their work we would not be able to achieve our delivery promise. You will have the opportunity to work alongside these local and global ops teams as you engage with different stakeholders.
What you'll do at Getir:
- Conduct all onboarding for new field ops employees - make sure that they are welcomed with a friendly face, know what they need to do, and have all the necessary equipment.
- Share the values of Getir and train people to have a great performance since day 1.
- Coordinate with the warehouse operations and people team to make sure onboarding goes smoothly and flawless - creating a great first impression of Getir.
- Perform recurrent process audits in the existing locations to ensure all operations and policies are being followed correctly, striving for constant feedback and improvement.
- Motivate and drive field teams to be excellent in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience onboarding couriers or warehouse staff - knowledge of on-demand delivery a big plus
- Previous experience with instructing teams in health and safety or security topics - you know what all the FAQs are and how to deal with them
- Excellent communication skills that will allow you to embed and drive the Getir DNA in the team, along with ensuring all back of the house and operational procedures are adhered to.
