Wallapop was founded in 2013. We are the marketplace for second-hand goods in Spain. With more than 8 million searches per day and over 15 million users across Spain with a catalogue of several hundreds of millions of products, we exist to empower people to promote a more conscious and human way of consumption. We achieve this by bringing together the scale and simplicity of classifieds with the convenience and the reach of marketplace to create the world’s best unique goods trading platform.

We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition partner to help drive and scale our recruiting efforts. This is a role to focus on the partnership you'll build with the business to ensure delivery. It's a strategy led role, where you'll be in charge of the end-to-end delivery. On the candidate side, you will be on the front lines of representing Wallapop and our values and will successfully demonstrate this by ensuring a positive, high-quality candidate experience. As a member of our talent acquisition team, you realize that every touchpoint is an opportunity to further engage with talent and enhance our employer brand. On the stakeholder side, you will be thoughtful and consultative in your approach, using data to inform your decisions and strengthen your arguments, focusing on providing hiring insights about the market and the quality and calibre of targeted prospects and candidates.
