Are you as passionate about helping teams as you are about moving to a greener world? We’re looking for someone to join our People team and help the rest of the Holaluz team throughout their journey.

Your challenge

We are looking for a people-centric Talent Partner you will lead and contribute through all full tech teams journey, taking employee experience to the next level, starting from our S-H-A-K-E values in order to build a strong partnership, collaborating and/or leading specific talent, people management, engagement, development and structure projects as well as being the main point of contact for the tech team. On top of that, you will collaborate with our recruitment team and contribute to the full recruitment process should the need arise (we're in full growth mode!).

We are a 12 people team (2 operations, 2 employee experience, 7 talent, plus the Chief People Officer) organized by roles but working in a very collaborative environment. You will be part of the Talent team, contributing from your own personality to our people mission "Crafting a team member journey that really has an impact on our customers and on our world".

In recruiting we use Workable as our ATS, we have defined a candidate journey with a focus on transparency and continuous feedback, we have partnership agreements with the most innovations initiatives (from recruitment to brand and development strategy). We have our own talent management model (values centric), ongoing engagement surveys, a super defined 30-60-90 onboarding, BI is helping to built people dashboards to make better decisions, feedback typeforms are part of our daily lives, 1:1 tools that helps us to create efficient ongoing and objectives conversations. but on top of all what we really have is the best team ever, where our value #alwayspeoplefirst is extremely represented on each of them!

What will you do

Talent Partner responsibilities include:

Contribute to keeping and improving A-teams, internal partnership, Holaluz’s eNPS employee and candidate experience:

  • Participate and lead new hires onboarding programs, proposing new actions, solutions or procedures in order to improve newbie experience and fit efficiency, including OB 30-60-90 and Check-ins.
  • Build trust and partnership with your tech team. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, human experience, build morale, increase performance, retention and engagement
  • Communicate and promote candidate experience according to our standards (feedback, timings, information, communication), identifying gaps or improvements areas, and proposing new actions and solutions

Collaborate and/or lead in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our people processes and policies:

  • Follow HL People policies, processes and workflows and propose improvements as necessary (Talent model implementation, development plans, actions plans, training, engagement actions plans)
