What you will do:
- You will be the owner of scaling the Product amp; Engineering Team
- Build with the team a Tech Culture amp; brand and spread it outside
- Manage hiring manager expectations and help develop or optimise interview processes that lead to quality hires
- Ensure we recruit the best talent by meeting technical and culture expectations
- Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
- Improve existing programs and develop an innovative strategy around finding top talent
- Represent Colvin at events and build a community around us. You’ll be the one keeping connected to everyone we meet
- Spread your passion for Colvin through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- You enjoy working in a quality-focused, fast-paced recruiting environment
- You are passionate about tech amp; people
- Person with a high level of English and Spanish
- Able to find the best talent in Spain and around the world.
- Person with ownership, honesty, focused on results and learning
- Motivated to learn, in recruitment and also in other areas of HR.
- You have a plant at home and it has its own name
