About the role:

As a Country Installation Manager you’ll be leading the expansion of our installation program throughout different countries. While leading a team with several Installation Managers, you will have to organize the team's work and achieve the company's goals. The main objective of the Country Installation Manager is to consolidate our presence in the countries assigned by consolidating or even adapting the solution and opening new countries when required.

You must be able to execute the business strategy on a day-to-day basis while maintaining a global vision for the group of countries assigned. You must monitor the level of quality and satisfaction of our customers through a network of third-party installers to meet Wallbox's quality and service standards.

Moreover you will have to manage a team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, ensuring that the department milestones are met within the assigned budget.

You will:

  • Lead the expansion of the installations program in Europe
  • Lead and support the Installations Managers team
  • Create and develop the Installers Network based on SMEs
  • Be responsible for the delivery of the installations and issues
  • Ensure that the Installers Network consistently provide industry-leading levels of quality and customer service
  • Ensure that the Installers Network maximize profitability on all projects without compromising on agreed standards
  • Attend all strategic meetings regarding the ongoing development and improvement of the Installers Network
  • Continually improve the Installers Network experience by consistently studying, analyzing and developing our processes and systems around the needs and expectations of our customers
  • Support the Product Owner in decision making in the business strategy
  • React to instructions from Head of Installations and take direction regarding the best interests of the Wallbox customer-base
  • Attend regular, scheduled installations meetings to discuss the performance of the installations and generate ideas for improvement
  • Take ownership of project quality in all cases and ensure that any project issues are brought to a satisfactory conclusion for the Installers Network, customer, and the company

Requirements

  • +5 years of project management experience. Prior work in telecom/solar/retail development as a project manager is valuable
  • Experience opening new markets in Europe
  • Experience leading teams
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish and other languages is a plus
  • Aptitude in communicating and building relationships with Installers, final customer and other stakeholders throughout the project cycle
  • Ability to function autonomously, working independent of support staff, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities
