To further develop our operations around the world we are looking for a Global Growth Hacker to join our newly designed Inbound team What will you be doing?
- Analyze. Brainstorm. Prioritize. Design experiments. A/B testing and following up on concrete successes that make the organization tick faster, set up experiments/campaigns in a structured and logical manner.
- You help the team grow faster by knowledge sharing on our experiments and successes You know how to test different conversion angles and find the highest converting one for your target audience
- You set up the infrastructure for analytics from scratch.
- You craft a highly converting landing page one day, build your own scraping tool the next.
- Find ways to apply and install successful experiments in a corporate environment as quickly as possible. Think: create multi-step forms, build connectors between scraped lists en existing CRM systems, etc
and build our growth strategy from scratch together with the Demand generation lead..
Requirements
What will it require to be succesfull in the role?
- You have 3+ years experience working in a B2B Growth Marketing environment
- ou have a ‘growth hacker’ mindset: You are data-driven, you love to test your ideas, you are looking for ways to scale and automate your initiatives
- You are a quick self-starter, proactive, and with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Retargeting is your middle name
- Write converting copy that sells and have a spark for design
- You implement the latest trends and never ever stop learning
- You have a deep understanding of the growth marketing process SEO tooling, social ads, marketing tooling.
