Paid Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team.

The main purpose of the Paid Social Media Specialist is to effectively manage Performance Media campaigns on paid social channels, (including the Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn family of apps), to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing, sales and academic departments.

Profile with 2-3 years of experience. Someone who comes from the agency, is to work managing paid media channels

• Support the development and execution of paid social actions to achieve conversion of IE undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Trade with your analytical mindset to plan and execute paid social campaign performance and reporting across multiple platforms.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and find ways to optimize conversion rates and paid social media metrics, strategies, and tactics to achieve business goals.
• Work and analyze data to define custom reports to drill down into performance and analyze results for improvements

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working on high performance paid social campaigns, paid media specialist or similar roll.
• Knowledge and experience and campaign management on the different social platforms: Linkedin, Facebook / Instragram, Twitter, Tik-Tok, etc,
• Person with a strong data-driven approach is a plus - data should be at the center of every decision you make
• Must be passionate about social media including organic social and content.
• Good communication skills, analytical and teamworking mindset.
• Be self-motivated, highly inquisitive, confident, energetic and creative.
• Fluent Spanish and English
